Swedish Massage
Also known as relaxation massage. Swedish massage helps relieve muscle tension and stress accumulated in the body through daily activities. Helps to promote blood circulation and stimulate your nerves. Swedish massage is mainly use to relax you. Usually a full body experience but you can request extra time spent on problem areas.

Deep Tissue
Similar to Swedish massage but is meant to target the deeper muscle layers. Deep tissue is great to help those with chronic muscle pain. Often requested by athletes, drivers, construction, office and warehouse workers. Deep tissue massage can be painful but can also feel pleasant at the same time when you feel your tight muscles relax.

Through my skills in massage, I have helped many people: drivers who are in pain from sitting for hours, office workers who have back and shoulder pain from typing all day, people who suffered from whiplash, construction and warehouse workers that have stiffness through most of their body.
I specialize more in Deep Tissue massage, but that’s not to say that I can’t give a good relaxation massage, too. I don’t just deal with a problem spot but apply therapeutic massage to the whole body. I will help you bring your body close to its normal mobility and flexibility.
