Are you in pain? Stressed and just need to relax? Have you experienced pain but got relaxation massage from your previous session? Our experienced Registered Massage Therapist can help you decide the type of massage you will require and recommend a planned treatment for you. Whether you require a relaxation or therapeutic massage, we are here to help you make things better.
01. Swedish Massage
Also known as relaxation massage. Swedish massage helps relieve muscle tension and stress accumulated in the body through daily activities. Helps to promote blood circulation and stimulate your nerves. Swedish massage is mainly use to relax you. Usually a full body experience but you can request extra time spent on problem areas.
02. Deep Tissue Massage
Similar to Swedish massage but is meant to target the deeper muscle layers. Deep tissue is great to help those with chronic muscle pain. Often requested by drivers, construction, office and warehouse workers. Deep tissue massage can be painful but can also feel pleasant at the same time when you feel your tight muscles relax.
03. RAPID NeuroFascial Reset
A neurologically based, active, therapeutic technique that addresses the central nervous systems role in alleviating tension and restrictions within the body. RAPID is an evidence based manual therapy technique that can be used by all health care professionals to quickly and effectively eliminate pain in their patients.

If you plan to schedule an appointment around rush-hour booking slots, there may be a delay trying to get to your location on-time.
